Angry Birds (iPhone)
Angry Birds is only game I played last night. I only had a three or four levels left to get three stars on and, though some were tricky, I made it in the end.
Yes, why thank you, I am bloody great.
Still some achievements left to get. There’s an interesting one I need to do by upping my score on the first batch of levels by 20,000 points, but the others are all “destroy X of Y” snorefests.
Look out below!
After that there are the leaderboards. Apparently, I’m top of one of them, but there’s no easy way to check, so I’ve no idea which level I’ve achieved godlike status on.

Angry Birds didn’t take up as much of my weekend gaming time as I’d expected; the remaining levels fell easily on Friday evening. That’s three stars in all of them now. I’ve been looking into getting the score-based achievements, but I’m really not sure where to pick up the extra points I need. I have

Angry Birds has had another big update. How better to mark my 1,000th iPhone post? There’s retina display graphics (which aren’t any good to me), Game Center support and, mostly importantly, another set of fifteen new levels. Finished off all the new levels on three stars last night. The last to fall to my might and cunning were the eighth and tenth levels, but none of them really took very long. Bit disappointed with the reliance on the big fat birds – just because birds are new, doesn’t mean the old ones

Right, I’ve finished the fucker. Every single level is now completed with all three stars. Level 8-10 was by far the hardest, taking me over two and a half hours to complete yesterday – and that’s after trying it a great many times beforehand. Shows the quality of the game, though, that over two hours

Fantastic day yesterday – I now only have two levels left to get three stars on. Not sure what happened, but I managed clear loads of stages that had been giving me trouble. Other than that, not much gaming as I watched a double bill of In The Electric Mist and Night At The Museum

New levels! Hooray! Much easier than the last set. I’ve only got one left to get three stars on, but I’ve got three stars on about half of the last lot. It’s pretty amazing that they’ve kept giving us all these extras for free, when there’s enough here to make a couple of sequels.

Well, I’ve got all the latest levels up to two stars now, but getting the full three stars is proving tricky. I’ve got a few, but not as many as I’d expect after the amount of time I’ve put in. This, I feel, is a good thing.

Ha ha! More levels! Hooray! Took me forty minutes or so to complete them all, but it’s going to take a lot longer to get all three stars for all the levels.
