Yes, yesterday not only did I turn my PS3 on, but I actually played a game on it.
A game that cost me the princely sum of £1.99.
A game that I played for about fifteen minutes before turning off.
A fun, charming and cute fifteen minutes that I shall return to, mind, don’t get me wrong. Why on earth Sony are marketing this as an “interactive screensaver” I don’t know. It’s a game, pure and simple. Not a very big game, but the price of two quid is pretty spot on. More of this sort of thing, please.
Played this for the first time since last July. It really is as good as I remembered. I polished off the fourth world and then wasted all my funds playing the Chuppa Chuppa mini game. I only managed to complete it once and got a very common house part for my trouble. Bother. Then it was off to the Loco House, trying to get the eggs in the huge house. I got one easily enough, but I can’t reach the second one. I’ll go back once I’ve got some more parts.
Thought I’d have a go of this between Phoenix Wright cases.
Did a couple of levels which were utterly joyful, but didn’t distract me from the fact that I feel like crap this evening, so I turned it off.
Bloody weather. Too hot!
Another lunchtime level. I like this routine.
Level 4-1 down.
Lunchtimes are excellent.
World three is finished and world four beckons.
Nearly at the end of world three now. Not tired of it yet.
I just unlocked the second mini game, played it eighteen times and only managed to win it and get a new house part once.
Lunchtime LocoRoco is the new lunchtime Guardian Quick Crossword.
And a quick lunchtime level to raise my mood from the floor…
