Words With Friends (iPhone)
Still playing this.
I’m glad it stores games online, as I had to restore my phone and set it up as a new device last night, losing all my saved games. Golly.
My phone was crashing at least twice a day, normally within twenty seconds of being unlocked after some time on standby, and showing strange graphical glitches at other times. I’ve been suspecting a hardware fault, but since the reset it’s been behaving perfectly.
I only put six games back on when I set it up again. (Apple said to put no apps on it, but, really, what’s the point of an iPhone with no apps?) They were Mr Driller, KenKen, Run, Orbital, Deer Hunter 3D and Words With Friends. I also shoved on four apps I can’t live without – TweetDeck, Flickster, MLB At Bat and TV Guide.
Anyway, Words With Friends is going along as it always goes. I win some, I lose some.

So, yeah, as well as playing many turns of Words With Friends every day, I’ve also been playing limited-time spin-off Words With Pirates. It’s very, very silly. A screenshot will explain all. Anyway, if you want to play, you better grab it now – apparently they’ll be turning off the servers before too long.

Yes, I am still playing this every day without fail. It must have overtaken Animal Crossing for the “consecutive days played” record. Shame that I always stop blogging about daily games, so I can’t actually prove it.

Really haven’t been gaming over the last few days. I’ve just not seemed to be in the mood for it. I’m sure I’ll get back into it before long. I have, however, been keeping up with multiplayer games, such as Words With Friends.

Out of my last ten completed games, I think I won two. For some reason I’m doing really, really badly lately. I don’t know if it’s because I’m tired, whether I’m having a run of bad luck or if everyone else has improved while I’ve stayed steady, but it’s really quite annoying.

Had to delete Words With Friends and reinstall it at the weekend, because of one of my games went very wrong indeed. As you can see from the screenshot above. It all works now, though. Not worth throwing a party for it, but it’s good that it’s not forever wrong. Still, if I did throw

I just purchased the paid version after reading your post that the games would be saved via my login. I was worried going from the free version to paid would kills the games, but all is well!
It's a fun game – I've got 6 or 7 games going with random matched people right now. Makes for good, quick couple minute breaks while at work ;)
