Animal Crossing: Wild World
Feb 15th
I have just got off the phone with p’anther and we Crossed, too. Went to Teazcozy and then came back. When I got back Nintendo had sent me a lovely loveseat (no, that’s what it’s called) so we sat on it a while and then did fishing. I gave a Frobert a red snapper and he gave me something rubbish in return. Hmm. Now I am very tired and want sleep. So I shall go! Sleep.

Two and half hours this evening. P’anther came online so I went to Teacozy for a bit and then she came back and we spent a lot of time in Venture. She seemed to bring Friga with her, because she didn’t live her when I left for Teacozy, but had moved in by the time I got back. Unfortunately, Anchovy didn’t do the reverse. P’anther likes him. I didn’t like Friga that much when she lived in Teacozy, but hopefully she’ll grow on me now we’ll be living in the same town.

Well, I’ve got my new room. Given it a vague outdoors feel with stuff I had lying around. I’ve decided to set up a complete T-Rex in there, when I get the bits.
Frobert won the Bright Nights contest, even though I voted for Dotty. Bah.
Released my first bottle in ages. I bet it washes up on my own beach.
Anchovy’s moving out. I like him, but not enough to presuade him to stay. Frobert, Big Top, Dotty and Deena are the ones who I’ll try to keep.
Too late for trunips today, but the next mortgage is only 848,000 or so, so I should have that paid off within a couple of weeks if I keep picking my fruit.
Tried to go out, but nobody had their gates open. Ah well.

Hooray! Another mortgage paid off with fruit profits. New room tomorrow!
And Deena and Egbert ran up and gave me their pictures. Which was odd, as I’ve only got one picture before and that was weeks and weeks ago. Oh well, you know what they say about pictures. Or buses. One of the two.

That’s 200,000 bells for fruit collected during the Eastenders Omnibus. Should have my 800K mortgage paid off this time next week if I keep this up.
Wasn’t up early enough the buy turnips today, anyway.

No fruit picking today. I’ve left it. I can do it tomorrow during the Eastenders omnibus.
Today was Flea Market day. Which meant that, theoretically, I could buy stuff from inside my neighbours’ houses. Except most of them weren’t home and the only thing I did want to buy – a stereo – wasn’t for sale. Oh well. Frobert and Anchovy bought some of my stuff. I didn’t really want to sell anything, but they seemed to want my shit so very much. Though why Anchovy bought a billiard table I don’t know, given that he’s gone and put it against a wall. D’oh.
Anyway, after that p’anther, Earl and Dekay came round to play and then I went to Teacozy to visit p’anther. A lovely time was had by all.

I sold 103,000b of fruit.
I got Egbert some medicine.
And best of all… Dr Shrunk taught me love. Hooray!

Mortgage: PAID!
(Until a huge one arrives again tomorrow.)
ARWING: GOT!
(But I’ve not seen it yet. It’s awaiting new room tomorrow.)

Been away for the weekend. Played a small amount of Animal Crossing, but that was it.
I’m now within 20,000 bells of paying off my current mortgage, but I can’t be bothered to fish for ages, so I’ll pay it off next time some fruit grows.
Oddly, there were no dig spots today.

So, today was a big day in Venture.
I’d left all the trees alone for a few days so I could tell which were fruit trees and which weren’t. Today I went round and every non-foreign-fruit or cedar tree got chopped down. Well, every one on the east side of the river. I’m keeping the small amount of land on the west side for natural trees. Then every stump got dug up and replaced with a foreign fruit. Saplings everywhere! Then I went round and picked all the foreign fruit I had still sat on trees and made about 100,000 bells.
Took about two and a half hours in the end, but if I’m willing to pick everything I should be able to make a fair bit of money without playing the stalk market.
