Sahara came, asked me for old wallpaper. Went to ask the animals, but Chow had lost his key, so I spent ages – two trips to Nook’s to sell fish! – trying to find it. Eventually did, but he had no wallpaper for me. Nor did any of the other residents. FAIL.

Something’s wrong when you’re up before Nook’s opens on a Sunday…

Just popped in last night. Pottered around a bit, the usual. It’s a lovely, relaxing thing to do for twenty minutes after getting home from work.

New resident in McNulty. Eloise, an elephant. I have a feeling she was a little annoying when she lived in one of my wife’s towns on the DS, but we’ll see.

Finally, a new Gracie line. Too expensive and girly for me, but I bought my wife some heart shades, which she loves. Good stuff. Wendy moved out overnight last night. She was nice, but I’m not exactly upset. (Especially as I had good warning.)

Got a lovely lab chair to go in my lab. And maybe something else, I forget. Should be getting a wheat field in the mail this evening. Hooray!

Hooray! My wife got the silver shovel last night, a couple of weeks after I got it. No sign of Wisp yet, though.

I thought there’d be some good fish last night. Evening, snow, should bring the fish out, right? Apart from a koi, though, nothing of any interest. Did draw Blanca a new serious face to replace the lovely effort by Dimrill, though.

I have a new floor to my house. I have set it up as a lab to study the strange Yoshi egg that arrived in the post the day my house was expanded. There is also a grill, just in case I manage to open the egg and find tasty goodness inside.
