Remembered KK Slider on Saturday night. Always nice when that happens. Played too early yesterday morning and Nook’s wasn’t even open, so I meant to play later to sell my inventory full of stuff, but forgot.

Got up early this morning and spent forty-five minutes playing Peggle before work. It’s a good way to start the day, even though I’m not doing very well at all on this version. I have real trouble judging long shots, due to the lack of a cursor and the size of the screen.

I’m not sure how good it is, and the 360 controller does its best to fight me every step of the way, but I can use Batman to kick Green Lantern’s face in, so I’m happy.

Spent far longer than I intended to playing this last night. Kept eating and growing and giving myself a tiny butt, then a tiny head. Just messing around, gloriously.

No better technically than the 360 version. Looks exactly the same to my eyes.

Hmm. Put this on for a quick go last night. And it was quick, because after a few minutes it started showing a black screen and I had to quit out. Strange.

I have a basement, the final house upgrade. It’s lovely to have more space. I’ve moved my Yoshi Egg lab down there and am now using my upper floor as a games room.

Just got to wave 29 on the first level. I think there are only thirty waves, so I was annoyingly close to the end.

Another community game, which costs a whopping 800 points. Seems like it might have quite a lot going for it – a basic but reasonably enjoyable golf game with a built in course designer – but after playing three holes I decided to check out the course designer, but didn’t manage to try it before the trial period expired. I’m not likely to spend 800 points on a game I’ve not properly checked out so, um, there we are. Stalemate.

Had a bit of fun playing with this remote controlled aircraft sim, but quit before it timed out on me. I can imagine it being a nice little toy to have on your 360 to wind down with, but I don’t think it’s for me.
